Monthly rental cost (exclusive of VAT)
Full maintenance cost which must include (but not limited to) the following:
- Replacement parts
- Labour cost
- Black Toners (must be 100% coverage)
- Photocopier drum
- Software calls
- Telephonic support
- Turn-around time for call outs
- Travel costs

1.5. Service Providers to be Tax Compliant on CSD, no awards will be made to service providers who are not Tax Compliant
1.6. The municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation and no reason to the acceptance or rejection of quotation will be furnished.
1.7. Quotations to be valid for 60 days from closing date
