MBDA 05948 INSTALLATION OF AN ISOLATOR AT TRAMWAYS BUILDING

The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) invites service providers to submit quotations for the supply and installation of an isolator for a boiler installed in the Supply Chain office at the Tramways Building.

SCM Listing Criteria and returnable document requirements:
1. Full CSD Report
2. Valid BBBEE certificate
3. Declaration for service of the state – MBD4
4. Municipal Billing clearance certificate or Municipal Statement of account or a lease agreement.
5. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)
6. Proof of banking details

Service providers must ensure the following is adhered to:
