MBDA 05975 INSTALLATION OF LED STRIP LIGHTING – TRAMWAYS BUILDING (DECKING AREAS)

The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) requires the installation of waterproof LED strip lighting along specific decking areas at the Tramways Building. The purpose of these lights is to enhance visibility, safety, and aesthetic appeal during night-time use, particularly along pedestrian pathways and staircases.

A COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 03 DECEMBER 2025 AT 11:00 AT THE MBDA OFFICES, TRAMWAYS BUILDING, CNR LOWER VALLEY ROAD AND SOUTH UNION, CENTRAL, GQEBERHA, 6001, BIDDERS MUST ENSURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME.

Service providers must ensure the following is adhered to:

1. Full CSD Report
2. Valid BBBEE certificate
3. Declaration for service of the state – MBD4
4. Municipal Billing clearance certificate or Municipal Statement of account or a lease agreement.
5. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)
6. Proof of banking details
