MBDA 06001 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOLDABLE TABLE FITTINGS

The Nelson Mandela Bay Science & Technology Centre hosts conferences, learner workshops, teacher development sessions, and public engagement events within its auditorium venue. To enhance functionality the Centre requires the installation of foldable table fittings compatible with the existing seating.

SCM Listing Criteria and returnable document requirements:

1. Full CSD Report

2. Valid BBBEE certificate

3. Declaration for service of the state – MBD4

4. Municipal Billing clearance certificate or Municipal Statement of account or a lease agreement.

5. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)

6. Proof of banking details
