MBDA 06003 CITY REVITALIZATION – RESTORATION OF DONKIN RESERVE LIGHTHOUSE AND UPGRADING OF TRINDER PARK

The objective of this Request for Quotation is for the MBDA to acquire the services of a suitably qualified Professional Team for PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN RELATION TO THE CITY REVITALIZATION - RESTORATION OF THE DONKIN RESERVE LIGHTHOUSE AND UPGRADING OF TRINDER SQUARE.

SCM Listing Criteria and returnable document requirements:

1. Full CSD Report

2. Valid BBBEE certificate

3. Declaration for service of the state – MBD4

4. Municipal Billing clearance certificate or Municipal Statement of account or a lease agreement.

5. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)

6. Proof of banking details

A COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, 12 MARCH 2026 AT 10:00 AT THE TRINDER SQUARE, BETWEEN WESTERN ROAD AND BIRD STREET, CENTRAL, GQEBERHA, 6001, BIDDERS MUST ENSURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME.

A provisional sum of R10 000.00 for the social facilitator to undertake 2 public participation meetings is to be included in the quotation.
