MBDA 06032 PROVISION FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF FENCE FOR THE KWANOBUHLE AND VEEPLAS BUSINESS HUBS

The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) on behalf of Economic Development hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals for the fencing at the Mabandla and Veeplas Business Hubs. The contractor must have an active CIDB contractor designation of grade 1 SQ and a proven track record in completion a minimum of three (03) similar projects.

The project entails the delivery of installation of “clear-view” or similar fencing for the Kwanobuhle Business Hub, replacement of two (2) existing galvanized palisade panels and one (1) galvanized post for the Veeplas Business Hub.

A compulsory briefing meeting will be conducted at the MBDA Offices, 1st Floor, Tramways Building Corner Lower Valley Road & South Union Street, Gqeberha on Tuesday, 07 July 2026 at 10:00. The briefing will be followed by a compulsory site visit, starting at the Veeplaas Business Hub at 11h30 and the Kwanobuhle Business Hub immediately thereafter. Bidders are urged to arrive timeously. The onus is on bidders to ensure that they arrive on time. No attendee(s) arriving after 10:15 will be allowed to bid.

The expected project duration is 1 (one) month.
