The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA), acting on behalf of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the design, manufacture, and installation of a building wrap at the Killer Whale Cafélocated within Bayworld.

This project forms part of the MBDA’s strategic mandate to utilise creative placemaking and public art interventions to revitalise public spaces, enhance tourism experiences, and strengthen the cultural identity of Nelson Mandela Bay.
