MBDA 06045 PROVISION FOR GARDEN MAINTENANCE AND CLEANSING SERVICES

The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA), a municipal entity of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to submit formal written quotations for the provision of garden maintenance and cleansing services at the Tramways Building, The Science Centre, and on an ad hoc basis at other MBDA-managed facilities.

A compulsory briefing meeting will be held at MBDA Office, Tramways Building, Corner Lower Valley Road & South Union Street, Central in Gqeberha at 11:00 on Tuesday, 01 September 2026. Bidders are urged to arrive timeously. The onus is on bidders to ensure that they arrive on time. No attendee(s) arriving after 11:15 will be allowed to bid.

For site inspection, arrangements must be made through on-site security to access and inspect both the Tramways Building and The Science Centre prior to submission. Bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct site visits to assess conditions, access, existing infrastructure and any site-specific requirements
before pricing.
