MBDA 06048 PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND CLEANSING SERVICES FOR THE KINGS BEACH LAKE AREA

The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA), a municipal entity of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to submit formal written quotations for the maintenance of the Kings Beach Lake Area, comprising of grounds, paving, decking and general cleansing, management of the reeds and the water body, and horticultural pruning and replacement planting.
The objective is to improve the ecological condition of the water body, keep the lake precinct environmentally sound, safe, clean, and aesthetically appealing for public recreation and tourism.

A compulsory briefing meeting will be held at MBDA Office, Tramways Building, Corner Lower Valley Road & South Union Street, Central in Gqeberha on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at 11:00 Bidders are urged to arrive timeously. The onus is on bidders to ensure that they arrive on time. No attendee(s) arriving after 11:15 will be allowed to bid.
