SANITATION AND HYGIENE SERVICES

The Mandela Bay Development Agency seeks to appoint an experienced Service Provider for a 12-month contract period to provide sanitation and hygiene services to the MBDA.

SCM Listing Criteria and returnable document requirements:
1. Full CSD Report
2. Valid BBBEE certificate
3. Declaration for service of the state – MBD4
4. Municipal Billing clearance certificate or Municipal Statement of account or a lease agreement.
5. Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)

A compulsory briefing session will take place on site at the Tramways Building, 1st Floor Corner, Lower Valley Road and South Union Street on Tuesday, 27 May 2025 at 10h00 followed by a second compulsory briefing session at 11h30 at the Science and Technology Centre Corner Drostdy Street & Constitution Road, Central Uitenhage. Potential bidders MUST attend both briefing sessions in order to tender.
