The Happy Valley programme forms parts of the Bayworld Precinct redevelopment; the precinct will be used for a multiplicity of functions - including recreational, tourism, residential, retail, entertainment and commercial uses. The redevelopment aims to bring an increased diversity of income groups, ages, cultural backgrounds who will make use of the area.
