FENCING SERVICES FOR HELENVALE SPORTFIELD The MBDA requires the services of a CIDB Grading 1 SQ to supply, deliver and install barbed wire with wall spike tiger toothed to be installed on a brick wall and fit to existing anti climbing fencing with spikes from factory including wall tiger toothed spike of the panel of the existing fence. • The supplier will ensure that the necessary posts including the wire be priced into quote for supplying and install barbed wire and wall spike tiger toothed, • Make provision to repair existing 3 square metre cement boundary wall, • Ensure that provision is made to accommodate labour employment from the area, • Ensure that works to be completed within 6 weeks from appointment. • The appointed service provider shall submit proof of public liability insurance for a minimum value of R100 000.00 per claim. • The onus is on the service provider to ensure that they will have the necessary insurances to safeguard the materials onsite.

Tramways Building Cleaning of hall (1200 square meters) Left Wing (300 square meters) and the cleaning of Toilets and Ablutions. ? Cleaning services to MBDA Managed Sites when required. Tramways Building Cleaning of hall (1200 square meters) Left Wing (300 square meters) and the cleaning of Toilets and Ablutions. These venues are used for mainly events from Monday to Monday. Most of the times the client would setup the day before the main event. It is highly likely that there would be back-to-back events on some weekends and some seasons. Cleaning of the above would therefore be required in-between these consecutive events. The Client has got the access to the venue from 08h00 until 23h00 and therefore needs the hall cleaned before the starting time and after the finishing times

The MBDA hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to please quote on: 1. Provide and Installation a new steel bracket on a concrete pillar on an existing vehicular gate. 2. Plinth 3. Installation of 24 m fence, High density anti-climbing and anti-cut pressed mesh panel fencing 2400mm high. Including poles, mounting brackets and bolts. 4. Top of fence fitted with Cochrane 100mm high Marine Fusion Bond coated 'shark tooth' type spike. (clear vu fence existing). 5. "Clear vu” Pedestrian gate for the cottage to suit the fence, 6. Install a gate motor on the vehicular gate and 7. Gate track for internal “Clear vu” vehicular gate, manually operated. A compulsory briefing session to provide detailed specifications will be conducted on site on Monday, 15 March 2021 at 10:00. No attendee(s) joining after 10:15 will be granted access into the meeting. Employee Grow to Care workshops The MBDA has been working with the Care and Growth concepts for approximately 12 -14 months. We have trained our leadership of managers and supervisors on the Care and Growth model in 2020 and are now embarking on the Grow to Care component for staff. The MBDA wishes to empower 70 employees with the same insights as our leaders have been exposed too, by introducing them to and workshopping them on the Grow to Care model. The main applicant or sub-contractors are invited to submit a proposal for Grow to Care workshop for 70 employees, to be conducted over 5 days with 15 participants in each session. The MBDA will provide the training venue. The Grow to Care workshops is aimed at specialist employees who do not have a level of sub-ordinates enabling individual, team and organizational excellence. Transforming a day-to-day experience into one of personal transformation, inclusive of the concepts of intent and benevolence, contribution, giving vs taking, building relationships and team excellence and the effect of contribution on teams.
