The Mandela Bay Development Agency requests quotations from suitable service providers for the following services:
Tramways Building Cleaning of the Main Hall with its Beverage Room (1200 square meters), Upper Foyer Cleaning (2900 square meters) Left Wing (300 square meters) and the cleaning of all their Toilets and Ablutions.

This will be a service contract for a 12-month period. In order to give detailed costs a compulsory site briefing will be held on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at 10:00 bidders must ensure that they arrive timeously and not later than 10:15 at the MBDA Offices. It is anticipated that the service provider will be expected to start on the 1st January 2026.
