The MBDA hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to provide support services to MBDA and its managed sites for Sage Pastel Evolution accounting software packages, Sage Pastel Payroll and VIP and ESS on-line, in respect of the following services that are required: • On-site support • Off-site support • Telephonic and remote support • Report writing for customized requirements of the Agency in the Business Intelligence (BI) module • Data migration services for existing Pastel systems data to the new mSCOA EMS system being implemented by the parent municipality of the MBDA. • Annual Licenses renewal- • Any other related services required. “REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ESCALATORS AT TITTERTON LANE”, THE LIFT AT THE CAMPANILE AND THE LIFT AT THE ATHENEAUM,” together with adhoc services and repairs of escalators and/or lifts at any of the MBDA maintained facilities, for a period of 12 months. The MBDA requires a proposal for the method that will be used in the implementation of and the servicing/maintenance of lifts and escalators for the Campanile{Lift}, Titterton Lane {Escalators} and the Athenaeum{Lift} facilities respectively. Maintenance in this instance shall be understood to mean maintenance and repairs of the Lift and/or escalators in the facility, ensuring that they are kept and always remain in a safe and good running order as per the Lift, Escalator and Passenger Conveyance Regulations whilst ensuring that the down time is limited to 72 hours except for exceptional cases. Online platform to facilitate public participation programs.

The MBDA hereby invites suitably capacitated digital agencies to put forward proposals for an online platform to facilitate public participation programs. Interested companies must provide at least one example of an interactive research platform they have designed and delivered. With the advent of Covid-19 and limitations placed on gatherings, the MBDA wishes to deploy this method across different mandate areas which may require the use of all Eastern Cape’s dominant languages of isiXhosa, English and Afrikaans. To be considered when submitting a proposal: 1. Platform must be hosted online, and must be linked to the MBDA website 2. Platform must be optimized for desktop and mobile use in various screen configurations 3. Low on data use, the use of graphics must be limited to enable efficient use of data 4. Platform must be easy to configure for different projects, proposal must demonstrate this capacity 5. Platform must have capability to draw reports which may include demographic data of participants and ranking of inputs. 6. Proposals should also include methodology for internet provision in areas where access might be a challenge 7. It is anticipated that a maximum of 5 different programs will make use of this platform over a 12-month period 8. All data capturing to be POPI Act compliant 9.
